With more than 16 years experience, Rita continues to lead with passion and purpose. She is a mother of two college students and a wife of one adult. She is passionate about helping others achieve goals that strengthen them personally and professionally. Ossie has a Doctorate in Heath Care Administration and a Master&#8217;s in Human Services. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and just making others smile.
