t\u00f4i<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Founded in August 1992 by Tommy Smith, a kidney transplant recipient, GTF is focused on providing financial, educational, and emotional assistance during a time that is often overwhelming for those undergoing or waiting for a transplant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/gatransplant.blackbaudwp.com\/vi\/about-us\/our-mission-history\/\" role=\"button\"
