Donate Life Georgia Scholarship honors donor families without whom transplantation would not be possible. It is awarded to an organ donor family member, an organ recipient, or the dependent of an organ recipient attending a college in the state of Georgia. This scholarship was created by Donate Life Georgia, a statewide alliance formed to educated the public about organ, tissue, and eye donation whose mission is to assist in mobilizing the transplant community to educate Georgians on the need for organ, eye, and tissue donation and to motivate the public to make an actionable donor designation. Mallory Smith Legacy Scholarship is awarded to a transplant recipient or a dependent. This scholarship was endowed by the Smith family in memory of Mallory Smith, a two-time liver recipient, cheerleader and mentor.

Michael Calkins Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a transplant recipient, dependent or sibling of a transplanted child. It honors the perseverance exhibited by those impacted by transplantation; who overcome the illness and its many tethers to pursue an education that allows them to develop intellectually, emotionally and physically.

Daly “Perfect Match” Scholarship is awarded to a transplant recipient, dependent or sibling of a transplanted child. This scholarship was established in honor of Mrs. Daly’s successful kidney transplant from her “perfect match” donor, Mr. Daly. The Daly family wants to honor other transplant patients and families by providing this scholarship for a deserving applicant.

Donate Life Georgia Scholarship honors donor families without whom transplantation would not be possible. It is awarded to an organ donor family member, an organ recipient, or the dependent of an organ recipient attending a college in the state of Georgia.
