SUMMARY:Virtual Support Group
DESCRIPTION:GTF hosts support groups virtually in order to meet the needs of the transplant community by connecting digitally for support and networking. Support groups are held the third Wednesday of each month at 7PM\, via Zoom. \nAll organ groups are welcome; the only requirement is to be a Georgia resident and be somewhere along the transplant journey (pre- or post-transplant patients\, dialysis\, caregivers). We follow the lead of the group to discuss relevant topics and will offer helpful guidance as needed.
