Georgia Transplant Foundation works hard to keep administrative costs down — more than 94 cents of every dollar donated to our organization goes directly to support client services.

As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, each year the Georgia Transplant Foundation files Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service.
Each year, the Georgia Transplant Foundation undergoes a rigorous audit conducted by independent, external auditors whose purpose is to review all of the Foundation’s income and expenditures. These reports of their findings with our consolidated financial statements can be downloaded below:
