Rita

Rita Michaels, MA

Executive Director

Rita started working at GTF in 2008 and considers it a vocation and a calling to work for the Foundation and with the transplant community. Rita enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, traveling, and being creative.

Angell

Angell Bray-Darden, MSW

Manager, Patient Services

Angell Bray-Darden is a proud Detroiter and lover of chili cheese fries with Faygo pop. When she's not sitting on her patio living her best birder life, she can be spotted soaking up the sun on the beach.

Rebekah

Rebekah Moshiri, LMSW

Director, Patient Services

Rebekah has worked at GTF for more than ten years and loves being a part of the transplant community. When she’s not at work, Rebekah loves taking long walks with her dog and spending time with her husband and kids.

Catie

Catie MacDonald

Grant Coordinator

Catie has a Bachelor's degree in English Education and a certificate in Advanced Grant Writing from the University of Georgia. When she's not writing, she enjoys chasing her three kids, camping, and reading.

Lisa

Lisa Carlotta

Director, Finance

Lisa has been with GTF for more than 20 years. She enjoys spending time away from work with her five adopted children, seven rescue dogs, and two cats!

Spencer

Spencer Flohr

Coordinator, Marketing and Administrative

Spencer joined GTF in 2023. A proud Florida State University alum, Spencer graduated in 2021 with a degree in Marketing. He was born in Maryland but grew up all around the globe, living in 6 different countries. He loves spending his free time hanging out with his girlfriend, obsessing over his favorite sports teams, or facetiming home to see his cat, Holly.

LaTonia Patterson

Manager, Transplant Fundraising Program

LaTonia has been raising funds for small community action non-profits since 1989. She is a mother of two teens and a wife of one adult. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Converse College and has used her knowledge to benefit other in different non-profits for over fifteen years.

Ossie

Ossie Lock, DHA

Coordinator, JumpStart Program

Ossie is new to GTF and is honored to be a part of such an amazing organization. She ispassionate about helping others achieve goals that strengthen them personally and professionally. Ossie has a Doctorate in Heath Care Administration and a Master’s in Human Services. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and just making others smile.
