Special Thanks to Our Partners

We would like to give special thanks to The Adair Group for their donation of t-shirts free of charge to GTF to help with our outreach efforts.

Atlanta Neuropathy Clinic: Our goal is to help you achieve a pain-free state so that you can once again enjoy life to the fullest. We provide effective relief for our patients through Combined Electrochemical Treatment (CET).

I support GTF annually because I know every dollar donated helps a family cope with the financial burden that comes with their new organ. Seeing my father receive the gift of a heart transplant, I quickly learned that organ transplants provide a new lease on life but also bring a list of needs including follow-up care and medications. GTF is there to ensure this amazing gift of extended life isn’t overshadowed by the collateral costs and commitments.
